Palisade Hotel 2010 #01
First post in what seems like ages, and it is!
This was taken early on a Sunday morning, there wasn’t a cloud in the sky and I don’t have another sky to just drop in to replace the bright blue one that I got. Still, inspiration was found from a Christian Fletcher Tutorial featuring Eureka 88 in Melbourne. With all of those trees’ dropping in a new sky, AKA Peter Eastway, could get interesting.
I didn’t go as far as he (CF) did in the tutorial as I wanted to keep the colour in the buildings and ended up with a stormy look to the heavens!

Certainly a hotel with character. Could almost picture a vertical straight up the guts of it taking in the bottom title then restaurant and then the great top sign. The get all funky photoshop on it’s ass.
